MEET SPUNKY and WILLARD!

Spunky and Willard are a dynamic duo, and they are hoping to be adopted together!  Spunky is a red female toy poodle weighing 7 lbs, thought to be about 1 year old.  Willard is a male 11lb cream toy poodle, thought to be about 7 years old.  These two were found roaming together, in bad shape, and they are best of buddies!  We believe Willard may be the father to Spunky. 

We are very calm, loving, and people friendly dogs.  We love to be lap dogs, play ball, and give kisses.    We are  spayed/neutered, we are up to date on our vaccinations, and microchipped.  We are crate trained and working on our potty training.  We love to go for walks, and sit on laps!   We will make you laugh at our antics, and we love to chew on toys.  We hope to find a new home together that has time to devote to us, and continue our potty training.  Willard has a cataract on one eye, and the other is fine.  We are fostered in Mt. Tony is thought be be a 4 year old lhasa mix. This darling boy is about 19 lbs of sweetness.He is current on his shots , micro chipped, neutered and on hearworm prevention. He is kid tested , good on a leash and mostly housetrained. He is mildly vision impaired.

Yule is a 2 year old Chi/terrier mix.. This lovely lady is current on her shots, spayed,micro chipped and on heartworm prevention.. She appears to be house trained, she is quite and takes a little time to warm up.She is best suited for a home with out cats.

MEET GOBO and WEMBLEY!

We are two brothers, and we have been together our entire lives.  We were named after the Fraggle characters in Fraggle Rock.  We were born in Sept. 2013, so we have a third birthday coming up.  We hope to be in our new home by our Birthday!  We are first generation Labradoodles, and we are very handsome, loving, and well behaved.  We came to VIP Rescue as our family will be moving to an apartment soon, and they want us to have a fenced yard like we have been accustomed to – to run and to play.  We do not think apartment life would work for us.  We want to find a home together, because we are very bonded, and we even like to be in our crate together!   We are playful, love people, and aare dog friendly.  We weigh about 75lbs each, we are healthy happy boys – so long as we are together!    We are well behaved boys in the house, but we do get very excited initially when people come to visit us.  We do have manners, and we do not jump or bully our visitors.  We are irresistable!  We are not yet accustomed to riding in cars or going places.  Our family has had our groomer and veterinarian come to our home to care for us.   We need some leash training as we have not been walked on leashes.  We are both very smart and eager to learn.  Can you please find us a loving home where we can live together?  We are both neutered, up to date on our vaccinations, microchipped, housetrained, and crate trained.  You will need a VERY LARGE CRATE though, because we want to be together.  We have not been with children, cats, but have lived with other large dogs.  If our new home has children, we hope that they are older as sometimes we get very excited and we might knock a little one down.   Please help us find a new loving experienced home together with tennis balls!  We are losing our family we love, so we do not want to lose one another!

Richy is thought to be 8 years young ! He is all of , 4.5 lbs. He is a darling little Yorkie . Richy is neutered , heartworm negative, current on his shots, and is toothless. This little boy is big on personality and has never met a stranger.

MEET GIZMO

Gizmo is approximately 2 yr old poodle weighing 11 pounds, white in color.  He is a friendly boy, loves people, kids, and other dogs.  He loves attention, gives lots of kisses, and loves to play.  He will sit on your lap til the cows come home and dance for his treats!  Gizmo was found as a stray and we have not been able to locate an owner.  He came in with some puncture wounds and those are healed.  We are guessing he had been on the run for awhile and is putting on weight now.  Gizmo is well behaved, and loves attention.  Gizmo could use some basic training as “come” is not in his vocabulary.  He is a young boy with a lot of potential.     Gizmo would love to meet a YOUNG family or YOUNG couple that parallels his energy and has a FENCED YARD for him to safely run his legs off!  Gizmo needs some more work on his potty training – he is improving but still has accidents.  Gizmo is current on his vaccinations, is heartworm negative, microchipped, and has been neutered.  GIZMO’s adoption donation is $300.  We are unable to adopt to out of state residents.  A home visit will be completed before adoption.

He loves being with his human.  He gets along with other dogs.

He is sweet and mellow and Loves to cuddle with his human!

He seems to get along great with other dogs and seems to be housebroken.

He is neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm neg., up to date on his shots and meds. and even has had a dental!

He has a treatable skin condition (probably from a poor diet & fleas…he was found on the street).  He is getting some TLC to combat that!

He is ready to start a new life in a wonderful new home!!!

MEET JAYCEE – the Westie-Poo

Jaycee is looking for his new home!  His owner was no longer able to accommodate him due to moving.  Jaycee is about a year old weighing about 26lbs.  He is pure white, possibly albino with his pink nose and light eyes.  He draws attention wherever he goes.  Jaycee is well behaved, house trained, crate trained, and is a very social boy.  He likes other dogs, people, and likes to go for car rides – wherever you go!    Jaycee is very smart, has had basic training and knows sit, come, etc.  He loves to be carried, and it is apparent he has been carried a lot.  He plays well with other dogs and is kid friendly.  Jaycee is part Standard Poodle, and we think West Highland Terrier.  He is non-shedding, and has to be groomed regularly.  Jaycee has been neutered, is heartworm negative, is current on his vaccinations, and he is microchipped.  We feed him Fromm Gold Holistic Large Breed Puppy Dry food with can food mixed in.  He has a healthy appetite and is accustomed to eating in his crate.  As with any puppy, it is not safe to leave socks or other personal articles for him to chew lying around.  Jaycee will make a wonderful companion and would fit into about any family that has the time for him.  Jaycee needs a fenced yard to run and play, lots of attention, and in return will give you unconditional love.   It is not often in rescue we get in such a well behaved well adjusted dog, and Jaycee is exactly that.  He is a perfect 10!  Jaycee’s adoption donation is $350.
