He has been doing fabulous in his studies of basic commands…sit, lay down, come. He listens really well in class.
His favorite class is Recess and his playing is stellar. “Ball” seems to be his favorite, but he also likes tug of war with ropes toys and chewing on his dental bones.
He gets great marks in cuddling and he gets A+ in kisses.
Durango is mostly yorkie and all cuteness.

Duster is thought to be a poodle/shih tzu mix. He is thought to be 18 months old and full grown at 17 lbs. He arrived to rescue because his owner became ill. Kizzi loves to stand on her hind legs and dance when she wants a treat.
She is 6 yrs young. She has some cararacts but is not blind and gets around just fine! She doesn’t miss a beat.
She has recovered beautifully with a gorgeous coat, after coming to us almost bald and ravaged by fleas! She has a soft, silky, shiney coat.
She is fully vetted, up to date on all her shots, spayed, micro-chipped and heartworm negative. She even had a dental!!!
She doesn’t like to be startled.
She came to us starving (literally) she has some food issues.
Her favorite thing is to be with you!!
She is the perfect lap dog.
She would benefit by being the “only child” in the house. She has some trouble with other dogs when she’s not the center of attention.

Spike is one of those unique breeds, previously know as a mutt.If I had to guess, somewhere in his DNA is Wheaten terrier and clown. Well, OK clown is not a breed, but it should be !!. He is about 2 years young and about 22 lbs.. He is current on his shots and will be heartworm tested, micro chipped and neutered. Spike is just plain goofy and fun !
