Hi friends, my name is Tank! I’m a 10 month old Bulldog / Frenchie mix, I’m a smiley happy playful guy and I weigh about 24 lbs.

When I got here to VIP Rescue, I needed some much needed love,TLC and Vet care, which, of course, I got!

My favorite thing is to play and play and play and sometimes sleep, well and of course eat. I love sniffy walks, going new places, treats, and of course, companionship and attention. I have short hair and do not require much grooming maintenance.

I get along great with other friendly dogs but NEED to be the ONE AND ONLY in the home, I love most everyone that I have met! I want someone who can spend LOTS of time with me, as I do not want to be at home by myself for extended hours. If you work full time outside of the home, I’m really not the pup for you.

Keep me on regular potty schedule and I’m pretty much housebroken. When my foster mom and siblings wake up, my foster mom gets me outside first thing and this has helped start everyday on the right track. I love to be outside and sun myself, and zooms, I love zoomies but please know my particular breed is also more prone to heat exhaustion, so a 15-minute walk or play session in the cooler evenings will give me plenty of physical activity. I’ll save the zoomies for when I’m in the air conditioned house on those warm days!

I am neutered, up to date on my vaccinations, microchipped, and on flea and heartworm prevention.

Puppies are tons of fun but do require ALOT of work and training on your family’s part to be the best pup they can be! They need love, attention and lots of consistency especially for housebreaking! Their little bladders can’t hold it all day so please make sure you can commit to the puppy not being left alone for long periods of time. If that’s not possible, please consider one of our adult dogs which might be better suited for your lifestyle!

Please visit www.viprescue.org. and fill out an adoption application. We are all Volunteers at VIP Rescue, with jobs and families of our own. Please be kind and patient while we process applications. Only approved applicants will be contacted.
