This is a great little dog. He is not afraid of the vacuum cleaner, and he followed it around tonight. Frisby is not a fan of the vacuum, so Simba put himself between Frisby and the vacuum … the little Lion King. He will need a proper grooming, but I gave him a good bath and trimmed the knots and the bottoms of his feet. His toenails need trimming but I will ask the vet to do that as his nails are black.
He’s about 10 pounds, estimate of 4 years old. Rides well in the car and is very quiet but very playful. He and Milo and Frisby are still awake, pouncing on each other from newly-discovered hiding places in the house and yard. Simba stood still for his bath and for about 90 minutes of combing, trimming and general grooming. He had some fleas but I bathed him with flea shampoo and gave him capstar. He has a black harness and a red leash and a collar that I got at Dollar Tree … just an FYI for whoever is picking him up.
Someone will be getting a very good dog!
