Hi there, I’m Sammy, a happy, healthy, 19lb Cockapoo! I’m told I’m a cocker spaniel and poodle mix which gives me some interesting coloring and the most amazing honey brown eyes you’ve ever seen. I am smart, gentle, and very easy going for a guy who’s had a lot of changes in his life lately, and I’m looking for a quiet home with humans who can provide a little guidance and consistency so I can be the best pup ever!

I love people, leisurely leash walks, other pups and guess what else? I’m also potty and crate trained! I am my happiest sitting or laying close to you, and when I need a little extra lovin’, I’ll come over for pets and belly rubs. I would love to have another pup in my new home to play with and people who are home more often than not as I have a little separation anxiety. Do I sound like the guy for you? I sure hope so!

*** Are you looking for an awesome puppy? Do you love puppy snuggles? Then you may be the perfect match for this guy. He is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped and on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. He will also need regular grooming, so please keep this expense in mind when applying.

If you feel you meet his needs please submit an application with ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: You must be a Florida resident, and be at least 25 years of age to adopt. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, they must be current on all vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care. If you’ve had more than one Vet in the past 3 years please provide all the names and number for each vet. This breed typically lives 12-15 years, so please keep that lifespan in mind, as your age should be appropriate for the pets estimated lifespan.

***Incomplete applications or lack of a response from your veterinarian or references will not be processed. We receive many applications for our rescue dogs and for that we are grateful. We select the most fitting application for the dog, not necessarily the timeliest adoption application. Thank you for thinking rescue!
