Do you celebrate Tongue out Tuesday? Do you like perpetually happy dogs? Are you looking for a constant companion? If so, I’m your man! Hi, I’m Larry, a 5-year-old Pug with boundless energy and a desire to please my human. As you can see, I’m a beautiful fawn color, even more stunning in person. While I tip the scales at 25 pounds, I’m very well proportioned. I just came to VIP Rescue recently, but have already shown that I’m a smart boy! It took me only a few minutes to master my foster parents’ doggie doors, I utilize them whenever I want, although I’d prefer that a human accompany me outside. I’m not crazy about being out there all by myself ?Being with a human is always the best, and once I get settled in I’ll immediately start to work on only going potty outside; it’s always a doggie challenge when moving. I get along with all the other dogs here, and my former owner said that I also get along with cats. Still, nothing is better than sitting with my owner on a comfy sofa and snuggling. I just love to give kisses! Give me attention and you will be rewarded with my full love and affection. I’m microchipped, neutered and current on my vaccines and current on my heartworm and flea prevention. So, what do you think? Might I be “that guy” for you? Boy, I sure hope so! Adoption Requirements: You must be a Florida resident, and be at least 25 years of age to adopt. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, be current on all vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care. If you’ve had more than one Vet in the past 3 years, please provide all the names and number for each vet. This breed typically lives 12-15 years, so please keep that lifespan in mind, as your age should be appropriate for the pet’s estimated lifespan. ?All of us at VIP Rescue are Volunteers, with families, jobs and pets of our own, so please be kind and patient. We select the most fitting application for the dog, not necessarily the timeliest adoption application.
