Wiggles and smiles, snuggles and cuddles, that is what Keegan is made of. At least that is what my foster parents say about me. I’m a young sweet terrier mix gal in search of my fur-ever home! My perfect day starts with breakfast and a long walk, followed by a day filled with hanging out in the yard chasing squirrels, and bunnies or just watching the birds in the trees. So, a fenced yard is desired. I like sitting on my foster mom’s lap while she is working in the home office until the afternoon walk, just before dinner. The evenings are the best since Big Daddy comes home and we take an evening stroll around the neighborhood visiting with the other neighbors. I do like the attention from my humans. And if I don’t get the attention I feel I need; I have my way of getting it!
My foster mom says I am a little like a cat since she found me on the dinning room table. I blamed it on Big Daddy who left the chair out as an open invitation to jump on the table. See I told you, I know how to stand out in a crowd and get all the attention I feel I need, ha! I’m spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and on heartworm and flea prevention. So if you are looking for a little girl with a big personality, please fill out an application for me!
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: You must be a resident of FL. You must live in a single family home – no renters. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, they must be current on vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care. Terriers typically live 12-15 years, so keep her lifespan in mind if you are thinking of adopting Keegan. Your age should be appropriate for her estimated lifespan

If your adoption application is approved, you will be required to travel to the dogs foster home to meet the dog. A home visit by VIP Rescue at your home is a pre-requisite in the adoption process. Our Volunteers will be in touch with those that meet the criteria for adopting HAROLD. Incomplete applications or lack of a response from your veterinarian or references will not be processed. We receive many applications for our rescue dogs and for that we are grateful.
