Carlos is very very charming, but then again so was Ted Bundy .Carlos wants his forever home he can OWN, He quickly identifies who is supposed to be there and who should not be there.After he wins your heart, you will need to be very guarded as to, who is allowed in his home. So basically, you need a single family home with current liability insurance and secure fencing .
He loves to play with other dogs as long as they are willing to play by his gaming rules, He loves to play fetch, (for hours)is is good on a leash, mostly house trained, a willing snuggle buddy, a champion of treats , and demands your full attention .

Carlos is thought to be a 5 year old , 14 lb , poodle/bichon/shark mix . Neutered, micro chipped, current on shots , had a dental , and on heartworm prevention . He comes with a box of band aids too !
He is also available for a short term leash , to help you out for enforcing a restraining order , or other similar home security duties . AGAIN , you will need to have valid home owners liability insurance .
