This year is sure flying by and Thanksgiving is around the corner. So it is a good time for me to tell the world what I am thankful for…. I am thankful for the long walks in the neighborhood. I am thankful for my BilJac grain free breakfast and dinner. I am thankful for my neighbors that stop to pet me and talk to me. I am thankful for the evenings resting with my foster family and most of all I will be thankful for the family that opens their home and hearts to me. Hey Candy Cane is the name, snuggling is the game. I love, love, love my human. I came to VIP Rescue, as owner surrender, blind and 13 years old. VIP had one of my nasty painful eyes removed, and I feel like a champ. I get really excited when I hear my foster Mom’s voice when she gets home. I love being next to you! I am a senior of 13 years, but in poodle years that’s nothing. I’m up to date on my shots, micro chipped, spayed, had my dental and bonus HOUSEBROKEN. You just have to guide me to the door, and take me out a couple of times a day. I prance in the yard like the stunningly beautiful perfect poodle that I am. My only flaw, honestly, is that I’m blind. But please don’t let that stop you from considering me as an addition to your family. I will show you everyday how big my heart is and how much I am capable of. I’m an over comer!
