Hey there my Florida friends! My name is Benjamin, I’m a 10 year old 8lb sweetheart of a boy in search of that “fur”ever home that I keep hearing about.
I’d like to tell you some things about me, k? Don’t let my age fool you, I have proven that I can keep up with the “younger” ones, but you know what? I’d like to find a home with another really chill laid back doggie in it, cuz’ I get along great with others and I really really like the companionship, we can just “hang” and enjoy some peace and quiet. In fact, I think I really need to have a friend in my new home. If you don’t already have a friend for me, check out my friend Roxy here in my foster home, she’s a cool girl and I get along great with her.
I also enjoy hanging with “my people” on the couch catching some great shows on Netflix or whatever you prefer, I’m real easy to please and I like my humans home more often than not, so if you’re retired or work from home, even better!
Foster Mom takes me on nice short walks which I really love, smelling all the “smells”, she’s like the bestest thing since peanut butter and jelly….really….She says I’m such a good boy and do my “business” outside when taken out on time.
I had some skin issues when I got here, and the nice “Dogtor “ fixed me all up, and now I’m eating really good food and foster Mom gives me my flea prevention each month too.
I’m neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and current on heart worm and flea prevention. So, that’s all I got for now, I’m hoping my new family is out there looking for a special guy like me! VIP Rescue reserves the right to approve or disapprove adoption applications submitted based on each dogs’ specific needs. If your adoption application is approved, you will be required to travel to the dogs foster home to meet the dog. A home visit by VIP Rescue might be asked of you in the adoption process. Our Volunteers will be in touch with those that meet the criteria for adopting. Please visitwww.viprescue.org to fill out an adoption application and to also see the many other wonderful pets in our Rescue waiting for their “fur”ever home. All of us at VIP Rescue are Volunteers, so please be kind and patient. All information provided in the Adoption application will remain confidential and not be shared outside of designated VIP Rescue Volunteers. We do contact your veterinarian, references, and verify other information provided in your application. Incomplete applications or lack of a response from your veterinarian or references will not be processed. We receive many applications for our rescue dogs and for that we are grateful. We select the most fitting applications for the dog, not necessarily the most timely adoption application.
