Hey there peeps! My name is Nola, a 45 lb. 5 year young Catahoula mix gal. I was originally adopted when I was an itty bitty puppy from VIP, and sadly, my human returned me to VIP because the man in the home had health conditions. PLEASE…no judgement there, as she DID abide by her contract and returned me here.
I’m a real fun lovin’ type of doggie, and I’m one of those snuggle buddies too, I’m so very sweet and love to give smooches! 💋 I also like doggies, little and big, AND kitty cats! I don’t chase them as I’m well behaved. My friends here at VIP Rescue have me on a weight controlled diet as I’m a tad overweight. I’d love a fenced in yard to do my zoomies in, but I’d be just as content if my new family was agile and active and took me for walkies around the neighborhood. I’ve grown into a beautiful mid size pupper, not too small yet not too big, just pure perfection. 🐾

Adoption Requirements: You must be a Florida resident, and be at least 25 years of age to adopt. We do check county property records and public court records. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, be current on all vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care. If you’ve had more than one Vet in the past 3 years, please provide all the names and numbers for each vet. This breed typically lives 12-15 years, so please keep that lifespan in mind, as your age should be appropriate for the pet’s estimated lifespan.
All of us at VIP Rescue are Volunteers, with families, jobs and pets of our own, so please be kind and patient. We select the most fitting application for the dog, not necessarily the timeliest adoption application.
