Mambo is a goof ball. That said he will follow you anywhere, he wants to be near you all the time. He had the worst ear infection we had ever seen. They did remove his right ear but he was finally pain free. He is deaf. but it does not hold him back. He is potty trained as long as he gets out often. He is good on a leash and rides well in the car. He loves people and gets along with other dogs and cats. We think he is about 13 years old with arthritis. His favorite time of day is breakfast and dinner and nap time. he dogs play with his toys. Please consider donating to his forever foster care .
If clown was a breed , there would be no need to describe Mambo’s personality . But since it is not , his sparkling personality prevails ! He is goofy and fun ! Simply a delight to be around. The biggest clue , is her giant plum as a tail.. Because of her previous neglect , Tiana had to have the matted mess of a coat shaved off .

Muffin arrived to rescue broken , depressed and very badly injured . She had an old injury that was never treat . It was a fractured pelvis and hind leg . It left her back leg useless and just hanging . She was in need of immediate medical care . The leg would need to be amputated. The excellent team of Day and and Evening pet Surgical center , did the surgery.
There is no stopping her now !

Huey’s journey through life has had the last few months as both heart breaking and heart warming . He arrived in rescue with paralysis in his right rear leg and lower spine. He dragged himself around , by his front legs . The first inclination by the shelter was to put him down, but his darling , sweet, charming, personality won them over long enough for rescue to get to him . Two months he laid on his side , , pain killers every day .. We are not sure how the damage was caused , we do know that Huey , is a super special little guy that deserves the best in life going forward .
He is now , by the grace of God, standing walking playing and running . A by-product of an injury like Huey endured, resulted in both bladder and bowel incontinence. Quite frankly , that was really messy !.
Not entirely corrected yet , but improvements are coming daily . He is a little terrier mix with golden hair and more love than you could ever handle.
Huey is 18 months old and 21 lbs. He is current on his shots , micro chipped, neutered and on heartworm prevention. He loves balls , toys that squeak and things he can toss, Huey “thinks” he is housetrained and honestly does try. He is great with other dogs, and loves to be with his human .

Hi my name is pupi I am a very happy little 12 year old shih tzu boy who loves to be near my foster mom all the time. When I came to rescue I needed some TLC. I had some teeth that needed looked at so I had a dental done, I feel so much better I had I ha some extractions. I also have dry eye which I get eye medicine for. I am great with housetraining, walk well on a leash, up to date on my shots,neutered & microchipped & weigh 14 lbs. I get very excited when we go for car rides I love to feel the wind on my face. I really don’t care we are going just like going. I am not real big on playing with toys. I get along well with other dogs & enjoy when people come to visit me, I can’t get enough loving. I try to help my foster mom cook in hopes she might drop something. If you want a dog that loves & wants to be with you all the time I am available to pack my bags & move in with you!

Rico is one of the evacuated dogs. He is a Havanese. Approximately four years young. He is neutered UTD on vaccines. Heart worm negative and micro chipped. He weighs approximately 20 lbs. He is housebroken as long as you let him out regularly. Good on a leash. He does have a limp from an injury but it doesn’t stop him from following you everywhere. Great with other dogs. Walks pretty good on a leash. Very calm and VERY sweet and lovable. The pictures don’t really do him justice. He has the cutest under bite ever.
