ADOPT WHEAT!
Wheat is a darling Terrier Mix weighing about 12 lbs. thought to be about a year old. He is timid, but loves nothing more than cuddling and sitting on your lap. It takes time and coaxing, but he will give kisses. He came to VIP from a home with too many dogs so he has not had a lot of socialization. However, he is making significant progress at his foster home every day! He is thought to be a Yorkshire Terrier mix – if you look at his family members. He does not appear to shed. Wheat has all his vaccinations, preventatives, is heart worm negative, dewormed, will be microchipped and neutered before he is adopted. He is not accustomed to a leash and we are working on that as well as his potty training. He is a darling pup and a gentle loving boy. Wheat is very attracted to children and loves them. Other dogs would be a plus for him to learn from them provided they are mannerly. He loves to be carried. His adoption donation is $350.
