Actual text: from the shelter report “the dog was presented as a stray and severely matted along the legs trunk and head. a flea collar was embedded around the neck with ulcerative lesions involving the lateral and ventral portions of the neck. due to the severity of the matting and skin infection”
Tony is thought to be 2 years old, and about 19 lbs of HOPE . He is a little terrier mix that is current on his shots, neutered , micro chipped and heartworm negative.. Tony has an amazing willingness, to forgive the humans who treated him so poorly, by learning already to trust his new foster family.
