Sarge is a 4 year old lasha apso. He is about 17 lbs. He is current on his shots, micro chipped, neutered and on heartworm prevention.. Sarge arrived so matted his coat had to be completely shaved of. It was more like armor. He had never been groomed . His life at a puppy mill , was without any training or socialization or vetting .
