Neon is thought to be 5 years young maltese mix and just 13 lbs of darling . He is current on his shots, micro chipped, neutered, heartworm negative and had his teeth cleaned . He has a quirky and endearing soft howl !He is a mild mannered little guy that is good with other dogs.
