Meet DEXTER. He is a handsome black miniature poodle, about 8 years old, and weighs almost 20 lbs. He found himself at the local shelter, and called on VIP Rescue to save the day! He is the perfect companion dog and you can take him anywhere. He does not know a stranger. He loves to be held, and to be right with his people. He is house-trained, crate trained, leash trained, and the only thing this boy needs is a nice lap to rest on. He loves car rides, plays nicely with other large and small dogs, and wants nothing more than to be loved. He will let you know when he needs to go out; he does his business and is ready to come right back in. He sleeps all nite, he minds well, he loves his toys, he loves treats, and he is a big beggar! He does not like to be left alone much, but then no poodles do! Dexter is a low maintenance dog, and comes to you ready with no training needed. He would prefer a home with older children or no children. Dexter is up to date on all his vaccinations, and is heartworm negative. Dexter is neutered and up to date on all his preventatives.
