Cornelius is thought to be a 3 year old 18.5 lb terrier mix. .He is current on his shots , micro chipped, neutered and on heartworm prevention. He arrived to rescue with some skin abrasions , which we are currently addressing . He is good with other dogs, likes humans and appears to be housetrained.
